Love the card, but more so the service received from the company. I originally placed an order for a PNY late one night, but next morning the said emailed to say it was sold put but I was first in the queue for the delivery due Nov 17th. I was reluctant to wait as I’d been in 2 different queues with other companies that were selling preorders they couldn’t fulfil. Nov 13th i received an email offering me this one instead for no extra cost and I got it exactly when they said which was fantastic. I then had a small issue with the card but the gentleman from support told me what to do and voilà. Up and running brilliantly. Big thank you to Charlotte who sorted this card for me

Best customer service I’ve ever had. I placed a pre-order for the PNY 3080 on 29/11/20, rang up to get an idea about stock and delivery timeframe and the first gentleman on the phone was friendly, professional and seemed genuinely happy to help. He told me everything I needed to know and set up my pre-order and payment for me. I rang again to inquire about the gigabyte card the following day and the second, equally friendly and professional gentleman recommended I pre-order this gigabyte 3080 also to get in the queue as a delivery was due soon. Sure enough, he went out of his way to ring me on 03/12/2020 to let me know gigabyte stock is in, and I could cancel my PNY 3080 pre-order and get the gigabyte the following day if I ordered within the hour (before the shop shut). Arrived next day on 04/12/2020 in perfect condition and my PNY 3080 was cancelled for me instantly. Outstanding service, thanks to the team at WS!
The GPU performs as you would expect… it’s a 3080! It’s unbelievable coming from a 1080p GTX 970 setup to a 3440×1440 RTX 3080 machine.
Quick pointer that could help someone out there. My card didn’t output any video on the first installation, turned out all I needed was a bios update (flashed with a USB stick) and it’s working perfectly. My motherboard is a z490 gigabyte vision g.
