Sales Professional
We are looking to expand our experienced UK sales team, and are looking for highly motived, pro-active sales professionals to help expand our business.
The ideal candidate must be able to work individually and as part of a team, and be focussed on achieving results. They must be computer literate, confident with general computer hardware terminology and be able to adapt quickly to the fast paced challenges of computing technology. Existing IT-related sales experience preferred.
Responsibilities will involve: -

Initial Customer Interaction – Responding to telephone, email and web based enquiries.

Sales Prerequisite Tasks - Speaking with potential and existing customers to gain an understanding of clients requirements allowing the Initial sales quotations to be created.

Follow up and complete sales pipeline including first contact aftersales/service care
-
Inputting all correspondents into Customer Relation System , supplying Corporate Brochures and sales materials to help win business
Experiences required
-
Computer literacy with basic understanding of computer hardware
-
Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
-
Previous account management/sales experience preferred
This position is based from our Derby head office, with occasional travel to/from exhibitions and/or client focussed events (vehicle and allowance provided).

Electronics/Computer Engineer
Due to continued expansion we urgently require an experienced Electronics Computer Engineer to join our successful team of designers and hardware engineers. A good sound knowledge of electronics and the design and manufacture of computing/server technologies is a must.
The ideal candidate must be pro-active, and able to work both individually and as part of a team.
Responsibilities will involve: -

Hardware build & testing of key WS products.

Following hardware and software testing procedures

Documenting production processes and updating internal systems

Interacting with technical sales staff on key projects

First line customer/technical support and basic fault finding

Inputting system data into Customer Relation System
Experiences required

Good sound knowledge of electronics and the design and manufacture of computing/server technologies is a must

Experience with Microsoft, Apple & Linux based Operating Systems preferred
